BP spent $93M on advertising after Gulf oil spill

USAToday.com -- BP spent over $93 million on advertising between April and July—more than three times the amount the company spent on advertising during the same period in 2009, U.S. lawmakers said Wednesday.

Why is BP spending money on commercials when they should be using it to paid for the clean-up? Oh yeah, so they can come of this smelling like roses... How stupid do they think we are???

How stupid does BP think people are? If only BP transferred that money towards the stopping of the leak and the clean up! People would be happier. It will take BP many years to get back into my good graces.
